At Gambling Turkey, we offer a comprehensive Publisher Management Service, acting as a trusted intermediary between client and publishers including tipsters, streamers and influencers. This service ensures the seamless delivery of client's expectations while protecting the rights and interests of all parties involved.
2.1 Obligations of Clients and Publishers
By engaging our Publisher Management Service, clients and publishers declare their acceptance and agreement with the terms and conditions outlined herein. These conditions are a prerequisite for commencing any working relationship between the parties.
2.2 Publisher Compliance with Client Terms
Publishers are obligated to comply with the terms and guidelines set by client. The agency assumes no responsibility and is not a party to any disputes that may arise between the client and publisher due to non-compliance with these terms or other reasons. Gambling Turkey reserves the right to terminate the Publisher Management Service for publishers who violate the terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
2.3 Payment Process
We collect payment from the client in advance to ensure a smooth and secure payment process. This way, we can guarantee payment to publishers. However, we pay the publisher at the end of the monthly period, after verifying that the client's expectations have been met and maintaining financial transparency. The publisher can receive full payment upon complete service provision. In the event of incomplete service, payment will be adjusted accordingly. Any remaining amount will be refunded to the client.
2.4 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes or conflicts between clients and publishers, our agency acts as a neutral intermediary to mediate and resolve the issue. We aim to achieve fair and reasonable resolutions that protect the interests of all parties involved.

● Revisions will be accommodated within reasonable limits and additional charges may apply for extensive revisions or scope changes.
4. Content Creation

8. Payment Testing
